Jani Jaatinen

Jani has extensive experience in service management and customer relationship management in large IT organizations. Over the years, he has worked as a service provider, consultant, and in a customer role, gaining insight into the challenges and opportunities of the IT industry from multiple perspectives.

In 2018, Jani transitioned to building a global IT operating model, which included the development of service management, portfolio management, and IT governance areas. He was also responsible for leading a global team and owning the ServiceNow platform.

Now, Jani is part of the Justin team, where he is already actively involved in customer projects. His strengths lie particularly in transformation consulting and executive-level customer engagement, where his extensive experience adds significant value.

In his free time, Jani enjoys the tranquility of the countryside with his four children. He engages in forestry work, fishing, going to the gym, and motorcycling.
