Jani is an experienced service management professional with a wide range of experience with different technology platforms, process and management frameworks as well as the requisites for achieving a successful end result.

Prior to the founding of Justin, Jani worked a long decade at TeliaSonera, IBM and Symfoni in various roles, such as technical specialist, solution architect and project manager. The last four Symfoni years, Jani worked as P&L accountable director for 70-strong Nordic service organization expanding his expertise in the offering development, sales and service management.

Jani is a team player whose motivation and energy levels are always high. Jani spends his free time taking out his four pre-teenage children and three dogs. Somewhere in between all that, Jani is trying to put the last pieces of his detached house in place.
