Kati began her career in the IT industry in 2000 and has since held a variety of roles in both IT and Finance Support & Development. In Finance her responsibilities remained closely tied to IT, such as in technical support roles and development projects where new digital solutions have been designed and implemented for customers.

Before joining Justin, Kati worked for several years as a solution architect and product owner. During this time, she was contributing to various development projects, including the implementation of new services and solutions in a service center, CMDB implementation, HRIS system and service portal implementation, solution design in a merger project, and the rollout of a new ESM solution in a demerger project.

Kati is a process-oriented professional who focuses on understanding process and service architecture as well as customer needs to define the best solutions that bring value to the customers. She is continuously developing her skills and expertise, having completed qualifications such as a vocational qualification in business school (1997), an IT BBA (2003), MBA in entrepreneurship and Business Administration (2013), and MBA in Service Design (2022).

In her free time, Kati enjoys long walks in the forest, and especially in autumn, she loves spotting and collecting mushrooms. She likes to read books and listen to audio books. Her free time is also spent volunteering at the Soldiers’ Home, which provides a nice balance to sitting in front of the computer.
