Tuula is experienced IT professional, she has had many roles from software developer to project manager and consultant. She has worked as an entrepreneur, with service provider and in customer projects. Development projects have been the combining theme, creating new and acting between the customer and service provider by analyzing and implementing change for the customer business. Tuula has worked with service management platforms and processes since 2010 in several ServiceNow projects in Tieto and Gofore, expertise areas been service portal, service catalog and ITIL processes.

Before starting with service management area, Tuula was entrepreneur in her own IT training and consulting company for more than ten years. She had successful customer relationships as focus was on continuous development and quality. Natural next step was a shift to Tieto global HR development unit where she planned international training programs.

On her free time, you can see Tuula playing racquet sports. Golf is the most demanding and time consuming – yet a challenge to overcome. Tuula likes to relax by boating, cycling and on long walks – either in the forest or on the seaside.
