This course is designed to persons needing IT4IT™ reference architecture in their work or preparing for The Open Group IT4IT™ Foundation certification.

During the course the participants will learn about the terminology, structure, and basic concepts of the IT4IT standard. The participants will build up understanding of the core principles of the IT4IT Reference Architecture and the IT Value Chain.

This course has been specifically designed for Business Leaders, Enterprise Architects, Developers, IT Engineers, IT Operations, and anyone with an interest in enabling IT management to work across the entire Value Chain in a better, faster, and cheaper way with less risk.

IT4IT™ serves as a design model for information systems and data structures, enabling the description of value streams and value chains that transcend company and department boundaries. As a comprehensive framework, it also supports the work of application and information architects, as well as service designers and product managers.
